We do our best to make this process easy for you. If you receive your order and you find a defect, contact us and we will replace the item at no charge to you. Items that are not defective and are being returned due to wrong size being ordered, or a change of mind, will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees will not be refunded. **All returns should be sent to “OrthodoxStyles, 4552 Ambrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027”. PLEASE NOTE: We strongly urge you to use a shipping method that provides some sort of tracking. If returns are lost in the return shipping process, The OrthodoxStyles Company will not be responsible for the cost of the lost products and without the returned products, refunds cannot be offered. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them and in the original packaging. No refunds will be made past 30 days.
**There are NO refunds or returns on Personalized and Special Orders.
