Q: Can I place and order via email, regular mail, or over the phone? A: Yes. With all options, you can can pay with major credit cards. We can email you a secure payment invoice via email or you can pay with a major credit card for phone orders. If you prefer the mail, you can pay with a check or credit card. If you pay by check, your order will not be processed until the check clears. We have a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Checks should be made payable to: Nancy J. Krank OR WORKOUTSTYLES
Q: What is your return policy? A: We do our best to make the process easy on you.
If you receive your order and you find a defect with your purchase then email us at
info@orthodoxstyles.com a return authorization number.
We will replace the item at no charge to you.
* Items that are not defective and are being returned due to wrong size being ordered are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees will not be refunded.
** All returns should be sent to Orthodox Styles, 4552 Ambrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly suggest using a shipping method that provides some kind of tracking. If returns are lost in the return shipping process The Orthodox Styles company. will not be responsible for the cost of the lost products and without the returned products refunds cannot be offered.
*** There are no refunds or returns on Personalized Items.
Q: Do you supply shirts for Church events or large groups?
A: Yes. We can offer discounted pricing for large orders. The discount is determined on the size of the order. If you have an upcoming event, let us know the quantity and sizes you need and we'll send you a quote. Please be as specific as possible with type of apparel, how many are for toddler/youth/junior/adult, and the sizes needed. A nominal increase is added for sizes of 2X and larger. Please take into account that it will take longer to personalize shirts with your Church name and/or logo, if you choose that option.

Q: What is your Privacy Policy? A: Customers who supply us with their telephone number or any other personal information on-line will only ever receive contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line if the need arises. The information will not be re-distributed to any third party under any circumstances unless governed by law.
